Shipping Policy

Shipping

A confirmation email of your order details will be sent to you once received. We will begin to process your order as soon as possible, which you will be able to track from ‘Track Your Order’.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out.

All delivery options and their corresponding fees will be displayed at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

We will process and packed within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 1 pm – Sunday will be dispatched the next business day.

The goods will arrive within 6-15 business days after shipment but we cannot guarantee the condition of the package in transit so delays are inevitable.

*If you do not receive the goods after 30 days, we will give you a $30 gift card as compensation. After 30 days, the gift card amount will be increased by $1 for each day thereafter until you receive your package. (The date of receipt of the package is subject to the delivery date shown in the logistics.)

The above-promised time frame is the expected situation under the influence of non-epidemic situations. In case of an epidemic, processing times and shipping times will depend on the situation. Please understand.

During peak periods (Sale or Public Holiday periods), dispatch may delay due to a high volume of orders received.

We apologize for being unable to redirect or withdraw any orders once items have been dispatched. Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. The specific address includes your door number, email address, and phone number. Don't abbreviate in case the carrier can’t find your address quickly.

For failed delivery caused by wrong or inaccurate shipping details from the customer, we won’t be able to give you a refund.

International Customs FEE & Taxes

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee.

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase.

FRESILA is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.

Shipping Service

All of our orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, and FedEx. We’re sorry that we can’t provide a specific carrier at the moment.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out. If you are unable to find your email from the relative shipping couriers, please check your spam mail or alternatively contact us at fresilaglobal@gmail.com.

Delivery time

Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. FRESILA is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. FRESILA can never guarantee a delivery date.

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

FRESILA is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.
